Welcome to AUMOVO, AI-powered creative production for DTC and e-commerce brands. Studio-grade campaign visuals, UGC ads, and custom websites — 60-70% cheaper than traditional studios provided by Nextgen Innovative Solutions S.R.L. (the "Company"). By accessing or using AUMOVO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use AUMOVO.

Service Description

AUMOVO is an AI Boilerplate that provides users with access to a private GitHub repository upon payment.

The Company grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use AUMOVO for their personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Payment and Refunds

Access to the private GitHub repository is provided upon payment of the applicable fees.

Due to the nature of the product, the Company does not offer refunds for AUMOVO.

Intellectual Property

AUMOVO and all its components, including the boilerplate code, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users are prohibited from reselling or distributing the boilerplate code as-is without prior written consent from the Company.

Users are permitted to build applications using the boilerplate and monetize them as they see fit, provided they do not sell the code as-is.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their use of AUMOVO and any applications built using the boilerplate.

Users must ensure that their use of AUMOVO complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users are prohibited from using AUMOVO for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of AUMOVO.

The Company does not warrant that AUMOVO will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or meet users' requirements.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to AUMOVO at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, users must immediately cease using AUMOVO and delete all copies of the boilerplate code in their possession.
